Elyndra The Label

At Elyndra The Label, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a transparent, fair return process in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may return their order free of charge within 30 days after the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging and tags are intact

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery

Returns requested outside this window are not eligible for a refund.


2. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are only processed after the returned product has been received and approved.


3. Orders in Transit (Important)

Refunds are not issued while an order is in transit.

If an order has been shipped and valid tracking information has been provided, the order is considered fulfilled under our delivery obligations.

Customers must wait until:

  • The order is delivered, or

  • The shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier

before a refund request can be processed.

This policy complies with the FTC Mail Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435).


4. Delayed, Lost, or Undeliverable Shipments

  • If a shipment is delayed but still in transit, no refund is issued during transit.

  • If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, a refund or replacement will be issued.

  • If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier but the customer claims non-receipt, the customer must contact the carrier directly. Carrier delivery confirmation is considered proof of delivery.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Elyndra The Label directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks filed:

  • While an order is still in transit

  • Without first contacting customer support

  • Contrary to the terms of this policy

may be contested using shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and acceptance of these terms at checkout.

Filing a chargeback does not accelerate the refund process and may delay resolution.


6. Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders refused or returned to sender without contacting us

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failure to collect the package after delivery attempts

  • Normal wear, misuse, or damage after delivery


7. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


8. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with Elyndra The Label, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Return Policy at the time of checkout.
